    General Event Questions


    What are the dates and times of the conference?

    Conference dates are Thursday, June 17 – Friday, June 18, 2021.  The conference will begin on Thursday at 8:00 AM and continue to 3:00 pm PST on Friday.


    What does my registration fee include?

    Registration fees include access to all conference activities including meals and evening receptions. Meals include:

    - Thursday: Refreshments during the day, lunch, and heavy appetizers with beverages during the evening.

    - Friday: Refreshments, breakfast, and lunch.


    What type of businesses attend the conference?

    Are there sponsorship opportunities available?

    Yes. We offer a variety of sponsorship opportunities. Please visit our sponsorship page for more information.

     

    I’m interested in speaking at the event.  How can I get involved?
    We’re always interested in learning about your project delivery experience. Please submit session ideas and abstracts through our online form. One of our team members will quickly get back to you.

    Why have I not received a registration confirmation?
    All confirmations are sent at the conclusion of your registration. If you have not received a confirmation, please check your spam or bulk mail folder. If you need a confirmation resent to you, please email Sarah Plombon at splombon@accessintel.com.

     

    How do I get my registration confirmation resent to me?

    Is there a discount for government employees at the on-site conference?
    Yes. The registration rate is substantially lower than our general audience. Click here for a review of registration options.

     

    Do you have a guest fee?
    If you wish to bring your spouse to the conference, they would be entitled to receive the same rate you were entitled. We do not have lower or special guest or spouse rates.

     

    Do you have multiple registrations discounts?
    We do offer group discounts. Please contact Sarah Plombon at splombon@accessintel.com for more information.

    How do I modify a registration?
    Registrations are transferable with written notice from the registered delegate only. Please email your request to Sarah Plombon at splombon@accessintel.com.

    Does the conference hotel offer a room block with discounted pricing?
    A block of rooms are being held at the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego Hotel. All attendees will receive a special rate of $265 single/double occupancy until May 21, 2021 or when the block sells out. To make your hotel reservations, please click here or call the hotel directly at (619) 232-1234 and identify yourself as part of the CSEF Conference.

    Is there transportation from the airport to the hotel?
    Attendees are responsible for their own transportation to and from the hotel.
